Become A Caregiver
Heartfelt Work.
Professional Growth.
Becoming a caregiver is a deeply rewarding way to make a meaningful difference every day. You’ll build trusted relationships, support daily living with dignity and respect, and bring comfort, safety, and companionship to those who need it most.
The work is hands-on and heart-forward—celebrating small victories, listening with patience, and advocating for each person’s unique needs. With professional training, supportive teamwork, and flexible opportunities, caregiving offers a purposeful career where your compassion truly matters.
Hands-On Clinical Experience
Our 10-week Caregiver Program is built around real-world learning. After week one, you’ll complete two 8‑hour clinical shifts (144 hours total) in active care settings—assisted living, senior homes, home health, and nursing homes—working alongside experienced mentors.
You’ll practice essential skills like safe transfers, personal care, infection control, documentation, and compassionate communication with residents and families. By the end, you won’t just know what to do—you’ll feel confident applying your skills on day one of a real job.
Online Learning + Structured Support
To complement your clinical shifts, you’ll complete guided online coursework from home, including video modules, reading, and short quizzes on topics such as dignity and respect, HIPAA, safety, dementia care, and emergency response.
Weekly check-ins and skills coaching ensure you stay on track, get feedback, and connect your online lessons to what you’re seeing in the field. Graduates receive job placement support and a clear pathway into paid caregiver roles. For full program details and schedules, please contact us.
