Ready to apply to the 10-week Caregiver Training Program?
Our streamlined process is simple: complete the online application, and our team will review your materials within 5–7 business days.
Qualified applicants are invited to a brief interview and, upon conditional acceptance, will complete a background screening in accordance with New Mexico Health Care Authority guidelines.
We’ll then confirm your cohort start date and provide access to online coursework and your clinical schedule. If you need help at any step or want to discuss upcoming start dates, please contact us—we’re here to support you.
Before You Start the Application

Time needed: The application takes about 15–20 minutes to complete. Progress is not saved, so please plan to finish it in one sitting.
